Children’s
Museum in Easton Charrette
COG designers, museum staff and board
members, and community participants explored the site of a
new Outdoor Learning Center. A day-long community design workshop encouraged
creative brainstorming for the project.

Easton
is located in a 100-year-old fire house. The site of
the new Outdoor Learning Center (OLC) is in the
foreground.

Children’s Museum staff, board members, volunteers, and
COG designers met in July 2005 for a day-long design
workshop to brainstorm ideas for the OLC. Museum
director Paula Peterson (center) describes the museum’s
vision for the space.

Each design team included museum staff, COG designers, and
