Board member John Furlong, project designer Cristina Cabrera, Board member Nancy Phillips, and The Garden Continuum owner Monique Allen consider how COGdesign can support community projects beyond design. Two of the suggestions were to develop relationships with contractors with whom clients could partner, and to develop a menu of fundraising resources for clients.

Board member Jean Cavanaugh shares her thoughts for COGdesign’s long-range vision with landscape designer Julie Moir Messervy and board development consultant Cheryl Salatino. Suggestions ranged from the modest - like maintaining the current status - to the bold - like providing internships for minority designers and grants for implementation to qualifying clients.
